Title: UBA-10SS Post by: Arceye on May 18, 2012, 05:46:54 PM I have a couple units that are giving me a stacker encoder error but when you replace the sensor and test it, it works fine. But you put it into acceptance mode the error comes back. Now i have tried to reflash the units but that dose not seem to fix the error. I also have replaced the exit sensors because they can some times give you this error as well. :103-

Slightly push the "interrupt wheel" (Gear Motor) for stacker motor about 1 mm (0.04 inch) below. UBA is in this rather unhappy construction. Do the same at gear for banknote transport motor for preventative. Signal from the opto sensor tends to omit when the axial shift in the motor shaft or position interrupt wheel (Gear Motor) too protrudes. |
