If say your token is 50cent and you do manage to set the X10 to give say 10 credits per token, when you cash out you will be receiving 10 times the amount. The machine will still spit out 1 token for 1 credit. What tokenization does when correctly set up using tokenized software, it will see the token inserted for example a 50cent token giving 10credits (so your denom is 5cent) If you have credits to be paid the machine will dispence 1 token for every 10 credits, leaving the residual credits on the machine (less than 10). I have not set up a WMS for quite a while now, but if you have the correct software installed, the procedure is all on screen when using the ram clear to set options. I am in a casino at the moment but would not be able to go through the procedure as I will have to zero meters on a machine. Maybe if you contact slotman, they have a lot of WMS 550 on tokenization, and maybe able to help you and also refresh my fazzzzzzeeeeellllllllleedddddd memory cheers Ozzy rickhunter Re: NEED HELP WITH TOKENIZATION « Reply #7 on: April 17, 2006, 01:30:42 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Having gone through the procedure this weekend, here's how it goes. When going through the clear chip procedures, you pick: 1. Coin Acceptor. 2. Denomination (s) 3. Sub-wager/handpay. If you setup your token to be worth $1.00 and pick denominations of say .05 or .01, then every time you put a coin through, it will give the equivalent number of credits to the picked denomination. So if your denom is set to .05 and your coin comparitor is set for $1.00, then you'll get 20 credits per coin drop. If you pick multi denoms, then as you change denominitions, the number of credits changes with it (credits, not dollar amount) |
