I am French and I search in recent years information on this slot machine ... The cpu is very attacked by the stack to cast ... and I'm looking for information on the exact model of mechanics and electronics to it any further .. The only clue I can offer is that it appears to say "SUMMIT COIN" on the circuit board -- I know that I've heard the name Summit used here previously in regards to some older machines. That is a Summit Coin Ltd. It was made in England sometime in the 80's. I don't think Summit coin was related to the Summit Systems here that made the Summit Autoslot conversions. I could be wrong. If no one here can help you, try asking at http://www.fruitemu.co.uk/ib/index.php?/index Search their site for Summit Coin. They have a large dowload section with lot of vintage manuals, mostly old English made machines.
