Original run of that machine did not have those AFAIK, they used the standard bally open relays, so that is either a mod or a later new-run by Bally, but don't know. I'm thinking the former, since it does not have a machine tag below the handle I think you said.
Really nice find, BTW.... Does it say anywhere what the JP maxes out at? Also I notice you have the somewhat newer handle with the anti-fast pull pawl on it, and a newer style black plastic coin out meter. Pretty clean, I must say. Nice.
