Does anyone know how to build a wiring harness to get sound from all speakers without cutting and splicing the wiring.  I figured someone had built a splitter for that purpose.  I am also open to any ideas.

Depends on your speaker connectors and number of speakers.
A plain jane S2000 has two "ear" speakers and a coin tray speaker.
They are all connected to the sound amp in the topbox.

However, a Vision or Reel Touch S2000 version is different.
The "ear" speakers utilize the topbox computer speaker outputs while the coin tray speaker uses the amp.
Most casinos don't really care if the speakers work or not.
I doubt if there was ever a "splitter" harness mass produced by IGT.
Plus, what are you trying to "split"?  :103-
I don't understand as all three of my speakers puts out sounds with the standard speaker harness.

The only thing I've added, were some resistors to the white wires, to produce a "cleaner" sound output.
If you have dirty feedback sounds - then I could suggest a 504B version MPU board?
That MPU version was designed to reduce the "feedback" sounds.

I think there's a common flaw on the sound boards that causes one of the top speakers to stop working.  It's a problem on one of my machines, and a friend of mine who owns a resale shop had to splice wires on every S2000 he got in one batch because only one upper (ear) speaker was working.

Was he "splicing" to get a "mono" sound output rather than "stereo" output?
I'm wondering if he just spliced just to get a "parallel" speaker sound
so the non-working speaker could put something out?

The machines I have do not have sound cards,  they only play out of one speaker,  I dont really require stereo as the games may not even support.  I just was looking for a clean way to get sound from all or at least both top speakers without cutting and splicing wiring if possible

If you think about it, it's not to diffcult a project. As I understand what your wanting to do is connect the two upper speakers together without butchering the wires.

  Get a piece of pretty small wire about 2 feet long, ( this can be shortened as needed)  remove about 3/8 of a inch of the insulation on both ends, ( this can also be shortened as needed ) Unplug the two pin plug that's close to the speakers and insert one end of the jumper wire into the white with a stripe female end of the plug and plug it back together, do the same thing to the other speaker. Depending on the size wire you used, you may need to remove a few strands of the jumper wire.( you really don't need much for a speaker ) If you see any bare strands after you plug it together unplug and shorten up the wire that's inserted in the plug.  OR TAPE


Now after all the above, forget all the above and for around 50 dollars,  buy a MM II enhanced sound board and a sound simm and enjoy your machine.  I think you will be supprised at the differences.

We have the original Vision Ready harness that will play sound out both top speakers using SS chips, $12.95 each, just plug in
