Title: igt s2000 vision door open problem Post by: jaspruill27909 on May 26, 2012, 03:09:25 PM I have an issue with an igt s2000 vision. When it starts up i get the error message "door open mb" even when the doors are closed. No power is being supplied to the door switches or optics. Is it possible there is a problem with the back plane that the mpu plugs into or a problem with the mpu board?

Is this something you've done intentionally or a discovery you have made? A Closure MB is not always an error, but more of a message/notification. It will clear after the first game is played. Have you dropped a coin in? What does it do?

Originally the machine first had a RAM error, I cleared the error and started up the machine just to find that the battery was dead. After replacing the battery the machine would start up, the reels would reset but the monitor would display main door open, Bill door open. And the smaller display would say door open MB.
