Title: CDS BIG CHEESE BONUS SOUND DELAY Post by: kmn007 on February 05, 2009, 12:52:49 PM I have a Single Line CDS Big Cheese. whith this machine you go into the bonus when you get 3 of the same symbols on the payline. My problem is when the machine hits Single bars,double bars,and 3 bars you hear a chirp sound and the machine delays appox 6 seconds before you hear " Its Bonus Time and the the bonus spin button lites up for you to hit the bonus button to spin the wheel. But when you get the 777's the sound comes right on and the bonus spin music starts without any delay..

The reel strips are fragile, be VERY VERY careful when cleaning them as they can be water soluble! seems windex and Formula 409 can do a lot of damage to them..... Just wish I can fiquire out this sound problem I changed the sound card and sound chips. still have the same problem when going into the bonus.

The only thing I can suggest is to double check that all boards are seated fully and each connector is fully connected. do one at a time disconnect and re-connect it, could be simple as a little oxidation on a connector or plug. The problem is when you go into the bonus . you get a chirp sound then a 6 seconcond delay then the sound comes on " IT's BONUS SPIN TIME "

I also do not know much about CDS's but I'd put up a post in the classified section of this website looking for a sound chip for your CDS. Maybe someone will have an extra one laying around? A lot of the vendors are always poking around in the wanted ads in that section trying to help out people that need parts.
