Title: S2000 "Meter Disconnected" Post by: polybius on June 03, 2012, 04:40:17 PM I have 3 S2000's. They all have backlit reels. One of them the backlit reels does not work. I pulled the wiring harness off one and put it on the ine that does not work. Did nothing, so I put the machines back like they were. Now the non working backlight machine shows "Meter Disconnected". Anyone have any clues?
Title: Re: S2000 "Meter Disconnected" Post by: cowboygames on June 03, 2012, 04:46:04 PM If you have a spare cabinet IO board try swapping it into the bad machine, but leave the cable from the IO board to the backlight controller unplugged

Title: Meter Disconnected Post by: polybius on June 03, 2012, 05:36:32 PM Here is the pic of the trouble machine. I plugged the back light harness to the front of the IO board, and the other end to the only one that would accept it, directly behing the IO board. Noob is ready for critisism...
