Dan (tacman) Title: Re: Volume Control Post by: PWRSTROKE on February 06, 2009, 11:25:32 PM With machine on, open main door, press switch sticking out on processor/cpu for 2-3 seconds ,leave door open if you want (ajar) and you will see menu in lower vfd-accounting, navigate thru this using the buttons on the slot control panel, spin button enters selected menu, bet 1 button will let you see whats listed in that menu, as jeff stated you need to be in machine options (I think 3rd menu) you will see. Play with this and you will get the hang of it. Also if you have a mmlite board (simm) installed you will need to go to multi-media sound as well. once in the menu you want to change press spin button and use left buttons bet-1/cash out to change/enable/disable etc. . Hope of some help B.

Title: Re: Volume Control Post by: uniman on February 07, 2009, 02:10:38 PM Why not just a volume knob (pot)? :103-
What is the logical reason for making adjusting the volume such a pain in the a%*! Title: Re: Volume Control Post by: idesign on February 07, 2009, 02:38:44 PM Why not just a volume knob (pot)? :103- What is the logical reason for making adjusting the volume such a pain in the a%*! There are other adjustments in the sound option menu other than GAME. There could be as much as 7 different adjustments in the sound menu depending upon if you have a MMLII card and sound simm installed. .....and if you have a vision machine there are even more options that control the sound generated by the flash card. Title: Re: Volume Control Post by: uniman on February 07, 2009, 03:57:55 PM Thanks for the explanation. Makes a bit more sense now. :89-
