Title: IGT S+ 400 code Post by: B-52BadByron on June 13, 2012, 12:18:15 AM What does a 400 code mean and how do I clear this code? Machine flashes 400 on the left and 100 on the right ,then switches to 8 on the left side.

I have seen some SP chips that will indicate the last bill in and coins paid out when it's set to pay bills from the hopper. Is this a quarter machine which recently had a $100 bill put in it and paid out 400 coins?
Have you tried dropping in a coin and/or inserting a dollar bill and playing it? If it's not working when you try to insert a coin or bill, please tell us specifically which window(s) the LED messages are in (coins played, winner paid, credits, etc.) so we can better help you figure out what the machine is telling you.
