I'm not familiar with the 5-reelers.
First question I have is; What country are you located in?
Reason I ask is the power supply has a 240v outlet suggesting a country other than the United States.
If you are in the U.S. than you need to see if the power supply is setup for 240 or 110.

Ok, then your machine should be 240v. First thing to do is check the power supply outputs. Not sure if they match the U.S. power supply outputs, but I'm betting they do.
Also not sure if Aussie power supplies have the noise filter installed. The noise filter is a common cause of problems here in the U.S. and I recommend removing them.
