You may have to have your board cleared with a clear chip. You cannot replace the batteries without clearing. Clear chips are impossible to purchase. There are only a few that have them. I have a 8825 and had to send my board in to Worldwide Gaming. Ask for Karsten he will be able to help you out. :89-
