Title: Sigma upright slot acting up-need help
Post by: littledmac on July 24, 2012, 06:18:59 AM
Hi My Sigma slot is acting up. has worked fine until now. Now when ever a combination to give any "winner paid" credits, the machine shuts off, then turns back on and makes the door open alarm.  then once back on, it displays the correct amount for the winner paid amount for the win that happened before shutting off. so it still is doing what it is supposed to as far as dislaying the amount won, just it is shutting off in between. It has done it everytime now for the past 10 to 15 "hits" anybody got any ideas? machine is a Sigma cherries r wild upright slot SG-50c early 90's model

How do you unplug the motherboard?  I'm new and I'm not sure which wire/cable to pull?

Just saw this post, when you open the main door there is a small door in the center of the machine below the reels. The mother board sits on a shelf and you can slide it out a little to get to the harnesses. Remove each conection one at a time and reset it, then go to another one. By doing them one at a time you will not mix them. Make sure they are all seated properly. -Koni
