Title: Game king monitor issue Post by: brianfink on July 29, 2012, 02:45:01 PM I recently tryed to change the software on my gameking from a regular multi poker to a 10 play draw poker. I was able to get it working, but for some reason every now and then when I touch a card to hold it, on the touch screen, it acts like I just hit the deal button. I did the touchscreen calibration and did a full clear with key 2040 right after I changed the software. I think the board is a 3902 and the monitor is a brand new LCD from ceronics. I am not shure what the numbers are for the software it just says ten play on it. But I do know it is older. It doesnot have an option in key chip menue for cashout devices so I'm not shure how to get the printer to work or if it's possible.

Then reset key twice then press touch screen test, draw a bunch of lines all over the blue area with your finger tip. Anywhere it doesn't follow your finger may be a scratch. Calibrate a few times first and test again.
Is there any error messages listed if you turn the reset key once and/or press the test button? Good luck!! Make sure you have no credits when using the keychip. I guess I will just have to send it back.
