There was some discussion about that on this thread - http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=18705.50 Replies 53 to 59

I call BS on this statement -
"Please keep in mind There is NO way to get this machine to accept Bills or Coins"
"Even if you have the parts this machine uses a proprietary technology to enable it to comply for public or private use"

it still gives you something a ticket and in a state where all slot machines are a no no  i would want to waste the $$$ fighting the state,

Isn't that the way some states operate anyway? You get a "voucher" that can then be taken to the prize booth for a toaster, jewelry, or whatever you choose?

We live in a fairly small (under 20,000 population) kind of rural town and a few years back, one of the oldest businesses in town, a furniture store, was busted for having skill stop machines. The local Barney Fife didnt care they were token only. If it had 3 reels and a handle, it was gambling. Could they have fought it, yeah, and they probably did. Needless to say, they didnt have them back out on floor for sale...
