S2000 Post by: Buzz on August 06, 2012, 02:29:02 PM If all you do is install LED's in a regular backkit reel you will be sorry, reason being the backlit bulbs never go completely out and most LED bulbs tends to project a light that looks a lot like a spot light. So here you have 27 dim spotlights shinning on the reel strips at all times and you hit something, some of these spotlights get brighter while all the rest are still dim. ( looks like crap, it really does. been there and done that )
IGT did make some reel that have a LED panel and uses a different controller that makes the bulbs go completely out, these reels really look GOOD. Of all the machines I have had I've only seen one with the LED panels and it was a 4 reeler. Title: Re: Need Help with two things?
