Title: R BOARD QUESTION
Post by: FORDSBS on August 11, 2012, 12:25:43 PM
Have another question on R board. What key & clear chips do they take & is clear & setup different than a regular 2000?
Thanks Ford

This is typical for most of the R boards.  From a PSR for a 20 line game

Boot PROM The label indicates RBOOT and the RB number (RB000001).
Base PROM The companion base PROM is required for use in conjunction with the Boot PROM.
The label indicates STEPPER BASE and the SB number (SB001000).
Key/Clear Chip This program is used to clear memory and set high-security options. The label
indicates R KEYCHIP and the RBK number (RBK00001).

Thanks. Guess I need different key & clear chips than what I use for the regular 504 board on a 2000.
