If it is set to pay out coins then you have to put enough coins through the hopper (keep filling) to cash out all credits. No short cuts.  If set for tickets then the ticket must successfully print.

Sorry I should have explained more ....... this machine has a coin permanently super glued at the coin acceptor  on purpose so that you can only use bills....... Don't ask me that's the way they want it.     So there are no coins in the hopper.     On IGTs I believe you can hit the cash out and turn the reset key at the same time to accomplish this but Ballys ?    Someone once told me you can take the hopper out and run a jumper across two of the hopper plug?   Then when you hit the cash out it will count down without running the hopper.......again ???
Any help out there?       Thanks

Not sure wether or not you noticed , but your post has been moved to the same thread as your previous post.  no need to start a new thread, just hit reply to one of the posts in this thread.

As for knocking off credits, you can set your hopper limit to zero then use the key to clear the hand pay.  Same goes for IGT or many other machines.

Thanks,
Wayne
