It has to do with the  version chip your using.

What theme is in the game? Some SB chips don't support multidenom so you don't get the split screen

That game is a Type 0 so it will go MD.  Also, the PSR shows 363 to be MD only using GX1, GX0 is not listed for 363.

I have a king cash game, S2000, can it be changed to a multi denominational game?

Those Barcrest machines require a special set of SG chips to go multi-denom. I've got a set of SG000371 chips that work in my Money Mad Martians and Triple Double Diamond w/ Cheese, but there's no guarantee they'll work in the King Cash because I haven't tried on that theme. Might be worth the money if you can find a set :89-

Pull the MPU with the game off and read the chip numbers on the board. There will be 1 SB chip, 2 SG chips, 1 version chip and 2 ram chips. All but the ram chips should be labeled. Post here with numbers and for advice
