Post by: startek2 on October 04, 2012, 11:54:04 PM I have seen this before on that model.....here are some suggestions...1. the key could be bad or the rong kind....i have seen bad keys before but not often.....also Merit still maintains service bulletins for that machine. try www.meritind.com, go to the operator arena and look at their documents and dservice bulletins....a reload of the software might fix it....also check your i/o board is properly connected
