Down here in Texas we have a lot of 3601's with WBA upstackers in them. or should I say that is what was supposed to be in them In many cases the games have arrived without the BV or many times the cash cans. We have hunted hi and low for these BV's and those that have them want a fortune for them. WE have an alternative that we have used down here that works very well. We have available a board that will turn the signal for a pulse type BV into the RS232 signal for IDO3 that the Williams games are looking for. This is an add on item and requires some small amount of wiring to connect it, as well as modifying the bill validator enclosure to fit the new BV, which entails cutting some metal out and drilling 4 holes. These will allow you to purchase Brand new pulse type BV's (about $160.00) and hook them up to your games. there is a very slight delay in time till you see the credits coming on the game. Let me know if you need further information. The boards are $65.00 ea plus shipping. We have found this to be a more cost effective way to replace the WBA's than it was to purchase replacement's for them. Slot Docs |
