Title: Hopper Jam with no hopper Post by: sbsgroup on September 01, 2012, 11:48:55 AM I have a 10 pay which does not have a printer or a hopper, it is hand pay only. I did not set up a printer and disabled the hopper setting but when I cash out it gives a hopper jam error that I cant seem to clear or fix. Anyone have an suggestions. I know I am missing something. Thanks

Title: Re: Hopper Jam with no hopper Post by: CVslots on September 01, 2012, 03:59:00 PM Make sure in your settings in the Key 7 menu, that you have selected ALL PAYS GO TO HAND PAY. If you have this set correctly, then typically doesn't care if you have a hopper or printer. It will just play a little song while it waits for you to turn the key.

Enable coinless mode in the key chip menu.. What SG chips are you running? |
