I have a hybrid type of machine, The body is an Olympic 6000 but he running gear is from an earlier model Olympic, Machine staes it requires a RAM clear I have a poker programme Shell clear chip which when inserted into the logic pcb & booted up the sreen states the chip is present with a pic of an eprom, this is what normally woworks for poker machines, as soon as I remove clear chip & reboot, same problem states RAM clear again where in a pokie programme it's right to go, Any help appreciated. i have an Olympic wild card it seems to boot ok and shows the graphics and specs at the start. But then the screen is black with the credits on the top right hand side and insert coins written at the bottom. but no graphics in the middle. im struggling to find anything on these machines they dont seem to be that common :103-. No not fixed, is still in the shed collecting dust.mine gets further along than yours in the boot stage. No manuals etc. these need to be ram cleared with a reset chip which i have but wont work on a crady programme only pokie games.
