Kind of trying to fix this one remotely. BV is enabled in the options menu, but wont acceppt any bills. Swapped both the BV and cash can into a 3 reel game and proved its neither of those. Normally on a S2000 there is the yellow or green light that says in sert bill when the BV is reconized. There is no such light according to the customer. Wont even start the bill acceptor motor in the billhead. It does cycle the normal number of times. Any ideas? Bill limit may be set to zero or credit limit is set to low. Just things to check...

Yeah I called the customer and she had BV limits at 3000 and had 6000 credits. We usually set then at the highest but misssed this one thanks! :131- |
