Hi,
I had some start up problems (No lights, nothing,etc.)
I removed my power supply and checked the pin outs with a voltmeter and compared it with a known good power supply.
I posted notes below>>
The "Black" is my voltmeter probe sticking into the molexes coming out of the left side of the power supply box.
The readings are in VAC in the boxes which represent the molexes.
The top molex is a 3-pin hopper molex.
The bottom molex is a 6-pin molex.
These are my results shown on my voltmeter.
I double checked for all loose contacts...Arghhh! :37-
Would anyone have any ideas on how to proceed, or what to do next? :99-

Since the input voltage is good, and everything else is about 1/2 of what it should be.... my best guess is that there might be a 110/220 switch located someplace on the power supply that has somehow gotten flipped to the 220 spot.
220v in would give you double the output voltage....... (normal) but as you are inputting 110v you get 1/2 of what you expect.

Your transformer may also be bad....

The 115VAC outputs work fine on the top as well...all the flourescents light up.
As well as the 3-pin hopper output molex coming out of the left side.
The only problem I'm having is with the 6-pin molex outputs. Esp. the topright(2.3VAC) and the middle right(18VAC) I think I should e getting at least 4.5-4.7VAC and 32-33VAC respectively?
I know the wires are okay coming off the tranformer pack itself.
For kicks I pulled out the #29 purple/BLK out of holder spot 5 on the floor and plugged it into spot 4 to see what happens.
The lights dimmed around the room I was in and the fuse on the bottom (6Amp) blew. I knew then -that's the way to draw 220! :72- 
I put the wire #29 back into spot 5 on the floor holder, replaced the burnt 6A fuse and got the same exact readings as my notes for the "Bad P/S"....Arghhh! :37-  Back to square 1....

Mark,   did you pull out the power supply?   If so, then there is one screw on the left side rear, remove it and you should be able to slide the housing up and to the side. This will expose the transformer and all its secondary  connections. If you have the 115vac going to the right inputs you should be able to measure the outputs Maybe the center tap on the secondary came off??   Its somewhere to start, I have a power supply out of a machine, but I'm at work and that doesn't help us now !!!

It took about 2 hours to find out what was wrong....whew!
I looked and probed and looked and probed....finally I found a loose connection...
When I repaired that loose connection and checked the 6-pin molex output with a voltmeter, this is what I got!!!!
VAC  
3.1     Black (lookin' good?)
32.4   Black  ("")
12.2   Black  ("")

I plugged it into the machine and everything came to life!!    :109-

You know what was the "loose" connection????
The green wire going into the 8VAC/2A fuse was the culprit. (behind the middle fuse)

It was hanging into the red vinyl insulated connector by only 2 little STRANDS of copper wire.

Some would call this a "Bottleneck" connector.....yeah....choke the crap out of any power going thru :96-

I learned something from this...there's absolutely no need for wire #29 (Purple/BLk)....unless you're selling the machine to somebody in Europe.
In fact, for safety, I pulled it out so it can never get grounded with the rest of the plugs on the 5 socket floor terminal block.
I also snipped off the female spade terminal coming off the transformer...I will never need it.
