Came in with a weak (2.6V) 3V battery.This one has a bonus round(scratch card) and locks up as the Touchscreen isnt working. Dont see how to get into cal touch screen or anything in the menu. All three ports are turned off, including IGTSS. Dont know if its a bad ELO TS controller or what as no manual ...getting a green light on the elo but no blinking on it. when i touch. I now feel that I have bad eeproms as the touchscreen test is not in the menu. So I will be WTB in the forum for U22 and U23 chips.
