I have, at least, 26 gaming machines working with SAS and EFT with SP1213. All cashouts are handpays (hopper limit = 0). My problem is when a handpay condition happens. When handpay is reseted sends meters to a server but in machine don't change in statical data mode and when sends meters again are the same before handpay. How I can resolve the problem? In machine meters don't change before or after handpay, while SAS meters change after handpay but then they are the same like machine meters (statical data mode).
