Title: Contacting ceronix Post by: midas touch on October 26, 2012, 03:24:38 PM I'm having trouble contacting ceronix to have a chassis repaired.....I believe I;vie seen one of the techs that work there on NLG site before. All I need is a RMA to send it in but need to talk to a real live person to get the ball rolling.....Thanks

If it's just a chassis you need repaired just send it to them with a note stating what's wrong with it and include your name, phone number and address. ( email wouldn't hurt ) They are kind of hard to get on the phone, I talked to Lisa last Monday you just have to call at the right time. On their Webb site you will see direct numbers for Lisa and Sheri either one can help you. ( Sheri being the one in charge )

You can get the form on their web site and just fill it out and email it to her. She responds very quickly I found.
