Title: New Game Room...Maybe ! Post by: coorslight115 on November 04, 2012, 02:01:10 AM I have out grown the family room, and now the back bedroom. I have a garage/workshop that is just that ...a workshop. 12 x 24 bare . No heat or A/C. and is your normal garage full of junk... I need a real game room and decided to transform the current garage / shed into a full game room.. This is my goal for what it will be similure to. 16 x 28 foot print and 2 stories. First floor game room room with heat and A/C and second floor my work shop and parts department.. It will be done if I can pull it off.. I have built everything else around the house.
