I am experiencing an issue with a flash board on an enhanced MPU s2000.  I have narrowed the issue down to the r board.  The issue I am having is when I power up the machine it goes in to a power cycle loop.  everything comes on for about a second and then resets.  It only does it with the flash board in there.  I verified all chips are seated properly.  It happens with the clear chip as well as the boot chip.  I managed to get it to successfully clear for me once by putting in an ss chip, but when I returned the boot chip then it went back to the resetting power loop.  What could cause this when I have tested all other components and everything else works with any other enhanced board except the r flash board?
