1accounting 2.history 3.option 4.i/o test 5.game test 6.out of service 7.key chip options Does someone have instructions on how to use and do something with 1-7? I hope I don't need a 1000 page full manual with trade secrets/wiring/tech stuff. I do not give away stacks of tickets. I do sell them though. If you just need a few for test purposes, we can work something out.

Title: Re: User Instructions for IGT s2000 Post by: LandMaven on February 17, 2014, 09:47:49 PM Hi, all. I just bought an S2000 and received an error message following a jackpot that says "Closure MB Call Attendant Hopper Empty". I've had the machine for less than a week and the hopper has always been empty. Help...please.
Title: Re: User Instructions for IGT s2000 Post by: Tilt on February 17, 2014, 11:42:43 PM Welcome to :nlg- Land Maven. The closure MB is telling you the main door and bill validator door were opened but are now closed. The machine is probably trying to pay some or all of your jackpot hit from the hopper. You have a couple of options, you can either cycle coins through the hopper and let it payout, or clear the RAM memory. Did you get a Key and clear chip with the machine?
Title: Re: User Instructions for IGT s2000 Post by: LandMaven on February 17, 2014, 11:50:48 PM Thanks for helping me. Tilt. I have the reset key but no clear chip.
Title: Re: User Instructions for IGT s2000 Post by: Tilt on February 18, 2014, 12:13:29 AM Unfortunately the reset key won't help if the machine is trying to pay from the hopper. The only way to clear without a clear chip or cycling coins through the hopper is to clear the RAM memory by pulling one of the RAM chips on the MPU board out of its socket, that is if you have a 50X series MPU board. Can you post a picture of it?
