I have an S2000, The Model of the board is: 1952-0, there are 2 simm sockets on the main board, I have not read anything here about these simm sockets, So I'm curious what they are for? They never used it and the software on the board does not know anything about it. The only thing you can do is ruin your board by trying it out. There is a simm that fits this slot and has 2 eprom slots on it. Jurisdiction chips go in it. Some kind of expansion for jurisdiction related purposes I guess. I acquired one at one point in time.
I never installed it and threw in a box which is who knows where. E~ |
