Title: Baltimore Pinball License? Post by: Fourbyracer on November 27, 2012, 03:25:08 PM I ran across this plate that is affixed to the head of a 1953 Bally Bingo (pinball) machine. Is it some sort of a permit for an operator to have one in the city? :103- Looks like a story--whatever it is. Anybody know the history?
