Anyone know of someone who can troubleshoot/repair a Gamemaker board?

I get the message
MAINS SAFRAM SIGNATURE CORRUPTED.
A SAFERAM CLEAR IS REQUIRED.

I do the clear and it says its clearedand to take the chip out but then I still get the same error message again

Did you install some chips backwards at one time?

I don't believe so. It always worked but it was sitting for months andwhen I went to use it this happened.

the ram corrupts when the lithium battery on the board dies -did you check or replace the battery?

ignore the date or appearance of the battery: check the battery with a meter, must have at least 2.9 volts.   also check the battery jumper next to it, it has an on and off for shipping,  make sure it didn't fall off.
