Title: LINK DOWN ???? Post by: midas touch on November 28, 2012, 01:24:27 AM I have a IGT multi poker PE + stand up model that's giving me LINK DOWN call attendant. I picked up this machine DOA..Just got a new monitor from ceronix and had replaced battery before trying monitor...Ive looked for help in the manual and looked thru older post and don't see anything about this..Have also done the game reset procedure a few times with the same result....Thanks........Midas

Post by: midas touch on November 30, 2012, 12:56:34 AM OK.........Now It won't let me get into the "machine options" by pressing the test button and cant get past the first two menus.I can check the lights,the coin diverter,the chime ...stuff like that....I can get to the screen that lets you toggle the buttons, changing it from 0 to 1 or vise versa...but that's all I can do ..Like I said, there aren't anymore pages that I can open up.....Thanks for all the help............Midas

Post by: midas touch on November 30, 2012, 08:26:22 PM After looking thru the manual I found I can turn off progressive using one of the dip switches on mpu.This is how they are set now...sw1-off..sw2-off ...sw3-on...sw4-0n...sw5-off...sw6@7-off..sw8-on,,,,,,,,changing sw 5 makes no difference,still have LINK DOWN. On menu page it shows sw1-0 sw2-0 sw3-1 sw4-1 sw-5-0 sw6-0 sw7-0 sw8-1....When changing dip switch 5 back and forth,it does change from a 1 to a 0.....Thanks for all the help....Midas

You can't change settings with credits. A clear will work but its like taking a sledge hammer to kill a fly. Title: Re: LINK DOWN ????
