Well I did my first game change from Wild Cherry 2cm to a Progressive Triple Double RWB. All I did is swap reel strips put the new SB chip in and it loaded right up as a 3cm like it should. But when it hit a winning combo its either not paying or paying way wrong. For example I hit 3 blue 7's and it didn't pay out anything. So do I need to adjust some settings somewhere?? I be live my reel strips are put on right the two that have the same number went on 1 and 2 reels and the odd one went on # 3. I guess I'm not understanding this game as it has Bar combos to win but there are none on the strips. I guess I'm in over my head. I'm also trying to get this progressive thing going and I am way lost there but that's another day. Right now I have to figure out why its not paying out right. Any help much appreciated. THANKS!!

Post pic of reel strips. What sb chip # are you using . A pic of pay glass would also help. P.B.

This IS a major issue.
If the pay glass has symbols that are not on the reel tapes, then most likely you have the wrong reel tapes.

You have the wrong reel strips installed
Those are Triple Double Stars.

The SB100194 is the correct sb chip for the glass you have Triple Double RWB 3coin
you need the correct strips now.

Could they be an alternate set and/or put on wrong?

Are you sure the reels are in the correct location?  I have a 5 reel IGT S2000 Double Triple Diamond and someone labeled and installed the 1 and 3 reels backwards, thus payouts were a mess like you have.

Section 5.1 and 5.2 in the settings allows you to run some testing and dial in what you want and check the payouts, I ended up figuring out the numbers for each item on the reel and made a chart, not sure if they use the same charts for other machines.  Looks like not, found another chart online, both attached.

The Pic Is perfect.  Makes way more sense now that I see bars on the strips :) Thanks everyone for your help :)
