Title: Re: double diamond igt Post by: coach851 on April 29, 2013, 06:21:43 PM have you resolved your "21" problem ?? i have much the same problem..I had the door open to check something and when i closed it i got the "21" code AND all 3 reels are turning very slowly and making a low bumping noise. i've tried a number of things but nothing seems to help.. when i had the door open i did touch one of the reels trying to see the reel strip number..could a reel alignment be the problem ?? looking for any suugestions to resolve my problem..
Title: Re: double diamond igt Post by: CVslots on April 29, 2013, 06:50:35 PM Reels spinning slowly indicate a "tilt", which could have easily been caused by bumping the reels. Try turning the reset key (small brass key) on the handle side of the cabinet. It should clear.
