Just wondering if/where I'm missing this option.  During a Key, I only have speed options relating to the slot games.
The player screen has the gray box where the speed option is, but it's not active.
It's not a big deal if this isn't available in my setup, but usually most casino with various GK versions I see have the speed option enabled.

what program version?  i could check the PSR for you.

Is 6.0 what you mean? 
Or is there a specific ID number I need to look for and where?

yeah i'll need the GK#.  turn reset key and go into accounting then program version accounting, takes a few seconds to load the data.

edit: had WMS on the brain, it's the accounting section of the menu for IGT not the diagnostics area.  :5-

Can you tell me if that chip has multi percentages in it? And top award is 5000 correct?
(The glass was missing the sticker, I assume its 2000/5000 1C/2C)

so this is from the GK002419 PSR, it looks like you should be able to adjust the speed as a player if you allow it in the operator setup:

Speed Options
Game speed. To set the game speed, or to allow the player to set the game speed, access the Operator Menu and touch Setup, Game Options, Speed Setup, and the appropriate icons.
Pay speed. To set the speed at which the player is awarded credits, access the Operator Menu and touch Setup, Game Options, Speed Setup, and the appropriate icons.


for the SB100074 you are correct on the 5000 top award & there are 9 possible payback percentages for you to choose from. the range is from 85.04%-98.07%

no prob!!  and remember to get into the operator menu you have to have no credits on the game and press the small white push button on the mpu with the main door open!! :)

I looked at that menu 10 times, but it just so happens that the slot games fuill the 1st page and I never looked at 'next'
