error « on: January 18, 2008, 12:33:42 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am working on a s2000 machine and am recieving the error secondary sas down. How do i go about clearing this up i have turned secondary sas off and primary off as well. Thanks Luke wcw1223 Re: error « Reply #1 on: January 18, 2008, 12:47:14 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It sounds like you need to use your key chip to re-set the machine to the WAMM setting. WAMM: Setup To access this menu WAMM must be enabled in the Key Chip Menu 7.1.4 WAMM – IPC Setup after turning on the machine for the first time. WAMM Address: Sets the WAMM polling address. Valid values are from 0 to 63. Address 0 is typically not used because machines default to that address after memory tilts. idesign Re: error « Reply #2 on: January 18, 2008, 01:21:21 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go to 3.4 Communications Options where SAS Setup is. Set SAS to "0" to disable it. luke2004 Re: error « Reply #3 on: January 18, 2008, 01:37:06 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Karma to both of you for the help got it cleared up and machine running luke2004 Re: error « Reply #4 on: January 18, 2008, 05:24:36 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oops i spoke to soon the machine does work but now my printer is not working. Go to Key Chip Menu 7.2.2. to check it. If not, you need to use the Key Chip to enable it. I know the nearby vendor to me has some, but I don't much care to deal with them unless it's a last resort (for the record, it's not one of the vendors who advertises here!). I'm sure one of the NLG vendors has some, although you might get a better response by creating a new thread in the classifieds section as they may not see it here. Congrats on getting back up and running. r273 Re: error « Reply #8 on: January 19, 2008, 03:30:59 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote from: railroad94 on January 19, 2008, 03:03:28 PM Well got my printer working . wrong setting it had validation security on enhanced . anybody have A pack or two of tickets they want to sell, don't feel like dealing with HAPP at the moment. Hey Anthony, I can send you a dozen out of the one pack I have, until you can get some full packs. PM me with your address if you want them. Been busy last few days Karma to you for the help. The printer wasn't responding until I used the Key Chip to set it back up again. Make sure you don't have credits on the machine if you have to use the Key chip. luke2004 Re: error « Reply #11 on: January 22, 2008, 07:49:12 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Idesign, That was the problem with the printer. I put the keychip in and went into the option and printer was not enabled. Got it working perfect. Thanks Again. Have you tried calling Jim Blueridge slots? I'm pretty he will have what you're looking for. Normally when a member is looking for parts for their machines, they place an ad in the "Classifieds" section of NLG - not in a thread that's going on 3 years old! :96- The vendors are always lurking around in that section to see if they can help you with what you need! :89- Good luck! |
