We were out of town and when we returned we had evidently experienced a power outage/surge and our machine was red on top with a message: ERROR SOME REQUIRED COMPONENTS ARE NOT FOUND. read out says CALL ATTENDANT, RESTART, CLOSURE M, VIDEO COMM FAILURE. I talked to Jim at bettorslots and he thought it could possibly be the power supply box, so I bought one from him and installed it and nothing changed at all. Exact same message. Any help??? In the end, the MPU was the culprit in this scenario, but thats after a lot of troubleshooting and parts swapping. After reading the entire thread just now, I would start by checking the batteries (Visions have 2, I believe).
