Looking for schematics  and wiring diagrams  for this machine.

have the service manual, unfortunately it does not have the wiring diagram or schematics with it.

any help would be appreciated.  machine will power up, no video on display, worked once had scrambled picture, do the red leds light if the board has power?  two red leds located near transformer on board. did most of the obvious, reseat the boards, chips, fuses, connectors,etc.

get a flash on monitor when turning off, so the high voltage is working.
