Title: Coin-out Jam - Call attendant Post by: wireless73 on January 13, 2013, 05:12:03 PM In an attempt to test my printer I selected the cash out button with 20 credits in the machine. At that point I got a Coin-Out jam message. This machine has no hopper or coin insert. Navigating through the options I found printer enable/disable in 7.2.2.1 with my selection set as disable. Unfortunately using the buttons I cannot change it to "enable". I don't know for sure if this has to do with my SB or SG chips since I recently learned I have the wrong ones. I am waiting on getting pricing and availability. Is it best for me to just wait until I get the right chips or is there a chance I can try and fix this?
This is what I have in a 2CM S2000 Triple cash machine SB001000 SG000312 VS011GX0 This is what I plan on getting SB100074 SG000598 Same VS chip I guess - unless someone thinks I should change that too? To change that you need a key chip and clear chip. Then you will be able to access the settings as well as the printer setting to enable it.
