I've held a license since I was a kid in the early 70's many nights spent up late chasing dx :89- running all tube gear which kept the room warm on a cold winters night. Also the reason I learned how to solder and tinker with electronics nothing like the smell of burnt flesh and solder I'll tell ya :72- Anyway Ham Radio was a big passion in my life at one time not so much anymore but I have one hell of a collection of junk box/boxes full of goodies..... 73' Tim Title: Re: Nice to see a Amateur Radio section Here !!!
