Title: S2000 Amp Draw?? Post by: mah on January 27, 2013, 02:14:41 AM Does anyone know how many Amps an S2000 will draw?
Planning to power 25-30 machines. I can go up to a 30 Amp breaker in the distribution box and trying to determine how many lines I will have to run. I'm not an electrician but I know to only go about 80% of the capacity. Thanks. Title: Re: S2000 Amp Draw?? With or without hoppers? I am currently running 4 alphas with 20" monitors, two poker machines with crt, three bally 6000, and three s2000 on a single 15 amp circuit. Turn them all on with a light switch at once. Alphas in steps, but no blown breakers yet. Title: Re: S2000 Amp Draw?? Post by: mah on January 27, 2013, 03:26:41 AM Thanks for the advice. I'm all coinless.
I will search for the post as well. Title: Re: S2000 Amp Draw?? Post by: OhioGaming on January 27, 2013, 10:54:16 AM Manual states that the average amps is 2.3 for an S2000 upright.
Using a 30 amp circuit. 80% of full load = 24 amps (24 / 2.3) = 10 machines on 30 amp |
