Title: bally alpha and gen2 printers Post by: coorslight115 on February 04, 2013, 01:58:17 AM I ran thru all kinds of issues with getting future logic gen 2 rs-232 printers to work with my alphas. It turns out to be a firmware issue. You must have the correct firmware as well as the correct printer. Not all rs-232 are the same. I now have the correct firmware and the uploader program to flash the gen2 printer.If you have an alpha and are having printer issues, contact me for help.
