Title: Different game family Post by: Dortmunder on February 06, 2013, 03:28:51 AM Hello!
After resetting ATRONIC CASHLINE a week or two, the message DIFFERENT GAME FAMILY appears and the machine completely disabled. I found a way of treatment - repeated reset. But this problem found in 20% of the machines again and again. Reset them every two weeks - not good idea. I noticed that these devices have very hot video card. Maybe this is the reason? Can anyone advise? Machines stood in stock for several years. Title: Re: Different game family Post by: ChizzleMonkey on February 16, 2013, 11:37:18 AM I've seen that error too. I'm pretty sure I reset all of the boards in the logic box to get rid of it temporarily. If memory serves me right, replacing the power supply cured that.
