Title: battery leakage-how do you clean board Post by: qbert on February 13, 2013, 01:11:12 PM I have a question for you guys. What do you clean the circuit boards with when you have evidence of battery leakage?
Is there something you recommend to neutralize the effect of the caustic chemicals before they destroy the board? Sort of like cleaning your battery terminals on your vehicle.

Edski also stated a vinegar and water solution would be more correct for this type of battery. Man are the pictures of those boards in the link ugly! Right now I just have some small discolor on the board where the battery is. |
