Title: rgb brand monitor with green tinge

i have a sigma video poker machine that has an rgb brand monitor with a bit of a green tinge too it and some weird green lines across it. i tried adjusting all the adjustments on it and have gotten it as best as i can but im wondering how to clear the green tinge. anyone have any idea what wrong with it???

The green "gun" in the neck of the crt is probably suffering from some carbon buildup or close to failure. What you're seeing are retrace lines and a green predominance common to a problem with a particular color gun inside a picture tube. If you have a local tv repair shop with a tube analyzer they can probably confirm and maybe repair that

ok, do you think ill have to take the whole machine in, or could i just remove the monitor and bring that in??

I'd ask the shop. When i was doing them I liked to do it on a warm tube so i ran it for an hour ahead of time. They clean better when they're warm
