If all three were affected at different times then the printers were swapped around from machine to machine? How do you know that the printers are good? It sounds like your machines are not "seeing" the printers or it cannot connect to it. If you're sure the printers are good then it's probably in the settings. What kind of printers? What leds, if any, are lit up on them? Have you tried to ram clear any of the 3 machines? What was the initial problem or error that ended up with your 3 machines being down? Have you ram cleared your spc2 or spc2.5 communications board?

Title: Re: Printer disconnect error in 3 Mark 6 machines. Post by: ChizzleMonkey on February 22, 2013, 09:49:06 AM Ah, ok, I'm not familiar with the powerplay games. I assume that the cabinets still have the same audit menus. One thing I would check is the printer firmware. Make sure it's compatible with the Mark V1's. Also check the audit menu to see if the Printer CRC Seed value is set. If the wrong value is set for the printer it will show as disconnected. Make sure in the menu you have Thermal Printer enabled as well. Hope this helps!
