I've an atronic Roulette, but after transport my hopper isn't rotating anymore. When I go into test mode it counts when I pull the switch, so that works. Is that in the cashline cabinet ?. Its been ages since i worked on these in a coin config but i do remember that the hopper had a control board that had power transistors that were problematic. You can test the motor by connecting 12 v directly to it with the control circuit unplugged but my bet would be on a loose connection or a bad driver board.
